Okay, I still don't like the rework on principle of the matter and she's still not as fun to play as before, but I think I have to admit she's at least better than her pre-nerf state. Despite not liking the new her and having not played her in awhile, I just went on a 5 game streak where I averaged a 5.5 KDA over that time.

That's a problem. I don't like playing her as much as I used to, and I won't until she's a mid/top viable champ again, but I think I can still work with her pretty well.

pretty sure she can go those lanes. I've heard others talk about taking her to a solo lane and doing just fine. She may not have kill potential, but she can have a pretty safe laning phase.

Is this in normals only? I haven't seen it in ranked.

pretty sure she's useless in a solo lane at the moment. Starcall costs 70 mana rank 1. she has 270 base mana. She can't heal herself, other than landing her starcall, which would make her W useless in a solo lane. AND the heal from Starcall gets stronger with levels in her W
