Match History vrs LolKing...showing different stuff?

Looking up a player by name, same caps, spelling etc.

Shows two very different match histories.

Take for example my friend OneTrueFear. If i put his name in both sites, I see seemingly two different summoners. Both say NA though

http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-history/NA1/48865440

and

http://www.lolking.net/summoner/na/34433607#matches

what am I doing wrong guys?

I use these sites to "find the tilt" when i'm jungling.

I noticed this happens sometimes too. Don't know why though It just shows the match history of a person a few / couple months back, and nothing recent.

I think it is buggy and/or has something to do with privacy.

On this account and this browser, I can see my friends full match history. On a different browser that is not logged in, I can only see 2 matches from him. One on January 18th and the other on January 21st.
