I would like it if you could toggle your ultimate's passive as Blitzcrank. It kinda sucks when you accidentally steal cs from your adc, or even red buff(it's happened to me). Blitzcrank is pretty much the only champion I'll play in ranked, so I'd like this change.

I don't like when champions are tweaked to only be played as a certain role in the meta.

I like to play AP Tank Blitzcrank sometimes, that passive is useful for me.

My bad, I missed that part. Ive seen so many threads for it to just be disabled.

How would toggling work though? If hitting R would use his ult.

Also, doesn't it add a little bit of counterplay?
