He's hovering at around 50% in every elo up to diamond. And conquerer isn't exactly going away. Do you honestly think he needs a buff?

Conqueror is being removed Yasuo will need this buff.

pfft completely forgot about them. riven needs buffs all the conqueror champions need buffs too, what are darius and garen to do in this new world sans conqueror.

but honestly maybe morde is an honest concern, the rest of the champions i expect to be just fine. would be hilarious if riven found some more buffs due to conq, shojin and lethality changes.
