i know this isnt needed by others as much, but can we PLEASE get the "enemy jungler is there" ping?

this would help me out as a top main by SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much.

the allied jungler is walking and walking into a bush and im too busy trying to kill the huge wave on my tower and avoid the harass to stop and type that he needs to back off.

the careful ping doesnt seem to work on them since they dont know what im pinging about.

i could be pinging about a ward being there or a CHAMPION being there.

ive realized some people still dont know what it means. mybe if we have a more specific one, it will register in their heads.

so the issue isnt the ping.... so creating a new ping wouldnt change anything

I generally ping, take 2 seconds to say "j4 there", then go on about my day. Even games like Smite with a really intricate system of communication don't have straight up "hey he's here" buttons.
