Can we have one (1) "Ranked Champion-Select" dodge per day

I'm pretty sure everyone has experienced the same situation, you join a ranked game and two of your new teammates just lost a game and got matched back up and determined to troll the others game. At this point it is no long a thing of "not giving up", a 4v5 is near* impossible to win but a 3v5 is just silly and the game has not even started. Now if you are in a series and you get this, well you sir, you are about as screwed as a long-necked American in Raqqa. Even if you are not in a series, you still have to decide between a few lp and unable to queue for period versus -20lp from the loss and all the headache of dealing with these people you have known since the beginning are going to ruin your game. Either way you have lost before the game has started.

While you cannot just let people dodge all the time, but allowing them one per day can help them avoid those games and still have to put consideration into whether they will dodge (because they only have one).
