Maybe Riot is waiting for worlds to be over to balance Mordekaiser & gungplenk

It sucks that they're butchering the Fullmetal Harbinger's identity and going silent on his balance but in context of worlds how could they reliably adjust him to be balanced during worlds? They can't, when they had the chance prior they messed up, worlds is already here so they can only focus on champs that won't break from tweaks. I would suggest Morde's E get the same treatment as Darius' Q since they're used quite similarly: main for lane trading and building passive, even if this was the answer (which it probably isn't) it's a big change and would require a lot of play testing and you can see how that just doesn't fit into worlds schedule.

Mordekaiser simply needed much more attention than he got in the juggerwork, I feel like Darius toes the line pretty close to that and just made it through. The lack of damage control on it is pretty lame though because he's stealing kinderps release thunder on the forums.
