Self-explanatory title eg: everybody but one person on your team has a skin = you will lose

What superstitions do you have?

For every win past 4 in a row I have to play some games on a different account to get my losses out of the way.

Your team's Yasuo vs enemy team's Yasuo

Yasuo on enemy team? can 1v3 with literally no problems even if behind. Yasuo on your team? 0/7/0 with 20 cs by 10 minutes

Udyr, Draven, Jhin, Master Yi, and a few others can also fit here.

Classic Vladimir brings bad luck. Marquis Vladimir brings good luck.

In Ranked, the match-making will alternate between an "Easy" and a "Hard" game (in terms of the distribution of players at face value). Its always this rotation but SOMETIMES people will throw an "Easy" game because of trolls or other tactical calls. Doesn't matter, your next game will still be "Hard" and you need to prepare for the worse or play another day.

Ezreal... picking him or having someone else on your team pick him generally means you've lost the game.

If my team has a Gnar , he picks into Teemo and feeds his ass off. The people will the mastery 5 suck because mastery 5 means you play the champion a lot, but suck so you can't get 6 or 7. Illaoi = win. Bard = enemy bot will have a buffet table.

Anytime I see a Yasuo, I will hate that game. Doesn't matter who's team he's on, or how well or poorly he does. I will just not enjoy that game.

Clubs are the worst thing to happen to League.

if no one else shows intent for tank as support im picking a mage you cant expect the support to tank efficently and they get no gold and you dont want them to take kills

My conspiracy theory is that they purposefully make support champions very simplistic and boring because the vast majority of support players are last pick, and it would overwhelm them to play the support role with a complex champion too. That's why even the "hard" support Bard is pretty simplistic compared to all the fancy mechanics other roles get given.
