Considering the changes made to the item in this next patch, it looks a bit more viable.

Aaravos1 votesShe need to get mana sustain early and later on this item is a garbage on her. Nashor is only good for champs who using aa as a considerable damage source. Ori don't rly use her aa outside of the laning phase. The item itself is a little bit more viable but not on Ori.
