Let me start off by saying by no means do I think all tanks are in a good spot.

Now, having 6k hp with two items on the other hand is a bit absurd. Like I get it. He's a tank that is meant to scale into the game and become very tanky I understand that, but I have seen three item Sions basically 1v3 all damage dealers and just keep that up for like a solid 5 seconds or better. Now in a meta where everyone has nutty burst and teamfights last .5 sec thats kind of a issue. I'm not saying the champ needs to be gutted but can we lower his passive to something within reason?

We talking about his [Innate: Glory in Death] or his [W: Soul Furnace] Passive?

If it's Soul Furnace's Passive, then they could always revert the buff he recieved in Patch 8.16

  • Bonus health on enemy kill increased to 4 from 3.
  • Bonus health on large-enemies and champion takedowns increased to 15 from 10.

This could be a good solution, however I believe the Overgrowth Rune plays a vital part in Sion having so much HP to spare. With Overgrowth, Sion has two HP stacking passives & Overgrowth's bonus 2.5% Max HP earned from absorbing 120 targets.

So...what exactly are you building/playing against Sion?
