Make condemn a skill shot that is capable of pinning 2 champions together. So you shoot one champ and can pin them to another stunning both for 1.5 seconds.

It give her condemn counter play while making it stronger in turn, it's now dodge able but a good Vayne can now stun you and your support at the same time.
