According to champion.gg (plat+), as I write this, Sylas currently has a 39.6% winrate top lane, a 36.7% winrate jungle, 38.9% winrate mid, and 37.7% support. At least nobody's stupid enough to bring him into ADC role. Bronze, Silver, and Gold don't even bring his average winrate up enough to get it above 40%.

weird, i've only seen him played in a few matches, and in all he did very very well
Elise was worse, if I remember correctly it was like 18-20%.
