Veigar is fine -Person who plays Veigar
They need to add more AP/CDR Items that don't have mana regen on them. With the AP itemization changes coming in 5.13, Veigar's best build will be tear/Roa/Rabadon's into Voidstaff, Zhonya's and sorc shoes. That means that Veigar loses out on the CDR from Either Morellonomicon or Grail. (granted this new build will give so much freaking AP it shouldn't matter much, but I like my CDR).
i played quite a bit of veig after the changes and realized he was fine.
In all honesty, GP is worse than Veigar. I currently have more fun playing as GP than new Veigar, but GP is so unviable, man.
And this comes from a person who hated the Veigar changes and (shamefully) admits to have circlejerked about it.
