Why is Ekko considered an assassin?
After reading his kit just now he seems like he'll be much better as an off bruiser than an assassin.

1000angrybees2 votesHe's not an assassin at first glance, really. But his kit seems like it allows him to potentially surprise people and burst them down just like an assassin would.
UberAffe1 votesIt's because he can burst people like an assassin, his ratios are super strong. Although I see him more as an inverted assassin. If he can get people to chase him he can turn and pop them easy, its hard for him to dive in though.

UberAffe1 votesHe can dive but only if they don't dodge your q or stay inside your w too long. You have to prep your dives a lot more than most other assassins.
