tier 3 boots (removed)
can we bring these back one day? :) i miss them when im fully maxed out and have nothing else to buy. jk.. my games dont last that long... but i do miss being able to buy tier 3.

get rushing t3 boots and there isn't a damn thing u can do to get away form them
t3 boots late game isn't an issue and i don't mind it then.. but i think its stupid to have champ being able to get them EARLY game
