Should all Blind effects be changed to "reduce vision" rather than "makes all attacks miss"?
Teemo is now the only Champion in the game with the Blind CC, and is more toxic for it. It either ruins its target, or doesn't do jack-sh!t. Add on that it's direct-target, and you have problems.
On PBE tonight, Riot's having Quinn's Q go back to being "Blinding Assault", but instead of inflicting the Blind CC, it causes vision reduction to the first target hit (ala Graves or Nocturne). They must've disliked "Aerial Assault" because it does nothing when she's behind.
Could the same sort of thing be done for Teemo? Or is the Blind CC going to be exclusive to him?
