Riot encourage you to troll in lobby if you didn't get your role

If they didn't they would implement system to deal with trolls. Right now the good players are punished by either penalty for dodging or playing with a troll. Prove me wrong Riot

yes. childish no skill trolls trolled. the rest of us adapted and actually enjoyed the game.
