I'm new to Talon so I wanted to ask about his ult, when you activate his ult, blades scatter everywhere and after a few seconds they all travel back towards talon. Does the damage effect the enemy when it spreads out AND comes back?
Also does the enemy receive the same amount of damage when it comes back to talon?

forist1 votesIt'll apply the same amount of damage unless you trigger the first part of the ult on an enemy marked with cut-throat and the 2nd part after the mark expires. Otherwise it's the same amount of damage.
