WTF is that. Not even grievous wounds touches her, the 60% of healing left over is still huge AF. Watching Fiora all in with that sustain is seriously just jaw dropping.

dont all in her when she has ult, unless you have a way of getting out of her range.

when its a teamfight and she ults you try kiting her back into your team.

im not sure if spirit visage is even a good item on her tbh, or if building more ad for a stronger heal isnt better.

Spirit Visage is great for her, it's actually pretty core last I heard. Not sure how it compares to Mercurial, tho, but it's pretty common to cap out CDR.
