9/8 PBE Update

I have been playing Aurelion Sol for a while now, and just wanted to give my thoughts on the changes on the PBE. Center of the Universe (Passive): damage increased to 20-130 from 20-97 Not much here, just a better late game for Aurelion Sol. Celestial Expansion (W) ** Passive's star base damage lowered to 5/10/15/20/25 from 10/20/30/40/50 Mana cost per second changed to 22/24/26/28/30 from 16/22/28/34/40 This will hurt his early game a bit, since people usually max W these days since it gives good damage and waveclear. Overall, his early-mid game will be worse if you go for the W max, but maxing Q will still give you waveclear with a good bit of utility. However, you will have to actually start having to build AP at the earlier stages of the game.
Comet of Legend (E): "Escape Velocity removed, can now be cast any time out of combat. Goes on short cooldown when taking champion/tower damage." "Can no longer click to cancel, only cancelled with E recast"
"Now Casts immediately, even if outside the cast range** This is the buff that really matters. It is going to make the ability much easier to use, and also a lot less clunky, allowing less experienced users to utilize this ability much better than before. I am going to enjoy these changes.

TL;DR- Overall, this is a nerf to his early-mid game damage, but these E changes will make him easier to use. Experienced players will probably preform a little worse, with novice players preforming a little better.

I'm waiting to see if the utility on his E outweighs the 20%-something nerf on his overall damage. I'm extremely worried that this will turn him into a utility-bot like Rek'sai or that perhaps his early will be too weak for him to be worth keeping midlane. He already has HUGE weaknesses to literally any CC, etc.

The non-W'd passive is nice but then realize he can't empower it again for several seconds, so it normally won't be worth retracting it for the now slightly-less-usless normal passive.

So yeah, I'm waiting to see how he actually plays after all of this before celebrating or being upset.
