@Riot Is a skin for Gankplank on the table?

Ever since Gangplank's rework, he has became my favorite and most played champion in League of Legends. However, It's been over a year since his rework and he has gotten no "real" skin past that point. I mean sure, he's gotten Captian Gangplank, but can that really be counted as a skin seeing how that was his classic skin before you killed him off and brought him back to life. I just want a skin for my champion.
