After Buffs, is Riven Back to Being No Skill?

NOOOOO!!!!!

However, that ult difference i noticed rewards mistakes a bit more though than before. In a meta full of damage, excessive damage, i see why they would buff Riven. But it honestly feels like the buff was forced. The unskilled players will love her since the ult can reward you, but her strength still lies in her combos and animation cancelling. Like me, for example, a no skill Riven player back in S5 who only used Riven to prove she was OP then, so OP it took little skill to use her XD. (Now she takes timing, practice, patience, which i don't have in S6).

Did she need a buff? I don't think so. I honestly feel it was done more for #BigWorldsPlays (looking at you Huni, assuming you make it back to #Worlds. Kind of like the Jinx buff, the Ezreal buff (and Koreans are loving this one im sure of it, seeing as how so many carries from there enjoy Ezreal), and Veigar (i am not totally convinced on this little adorable ball of evil Yordle-ness, but i still think he didn't need a buff).

Now, the final question. Does she need a nerf? I have yet to say "Rito pls nerf!". But if this keeps up, the whole damage creep, she might need another set of nerfs. So far, I will deal with it. But we don't need a no-skill player like me going 0/5 as Riven and then somehow ending 10/5 after completing an item XD. (Which i can somewhat see with the minor buffs, but not truly convinced we there again).
