flat hp is kind of bad..they get outscalled at level 6-7 i think by the "hp/level"

This is in a terrible format. And you should probably classify them in different rune sets instead of just stats for example

Attack speed quints x3 Armor yellow x4 Health yellow x5 attack dmg red x9 magic resist blues x3 attack speed blues x6

also we have no idea what champ this is for.
