Zil Damage Buff Helping

Been a critic of the Zilean changes mostly because my first experience playing him was negative on the damage side and I did not see potential he has with lockdown now and speed if you build correctly. I have been going out of the utility tree now and trying more to maximize speed with mix of damage later. I play Zil as support. I think the damage buff has helped from last patch. I felt like I could be good support throughout entire game in support functions like peeling and setting up kills and now I feel like SOME of the old Zilean damage is back end game and in team fights. I was good with old Zilean poking early in support role. Cannot play this way anymore early because it is too tough to double up bomb, but....I had fun last Zilean game so gonna be more open minded now. Thanks for continuing to iterate and communicate.
