Surrendering...Do You Understand How Contentious This Issue is Riot?

For me, constant surrenders mess up two most important things to me in lol. First, I play to try to win not to give up. Second, I like the feeling of increasing in power with items. Surrendering in my opinion makes a competitive game a joke. Would it be possible to have a queue that does not allow surrenders or only allows them much later in game...say 40 min in? Does riot understand how contentious an issue this is in game? Some real differences in how people view surrendering. I am not satisfied with the current system. Too many early quitters. I don't like it.

Though I agree with not wanting to surrender every match and playing some champions that really do shine in the late game, surrendering is needed. There is no point in wasting more time if we're just gonna lose in the end. The only time I refuse to surrender is when the match is obviously still contestable. 15 kills down before 20 minutes is not a contestable match at all. Being push to your inhibitor turrets and being even in kills at 20 minutes, in my opinion still ends in a loss. Surrendering can be a pain, but so can be the people refusing to surrender in obvious losses. Down vote, do not think this is a real game play issue, I think this is more about morale of the player. Lol

A queue like that can only exist if there is another queue that allows surrender as early as 10 or maybe even 5 minutes.
