Riot should start buffing Mordekaiser's base stats if Rylais is getting removed

Let's face it. For a Juggernaut, Mordekaiser's base stats is bull honkey. Although his shield might save him for tricky situations, he relies of catching opponents, but since he has no CC and no instant burst like he did before (god that 3rd bonk was kinda awesome), he needs something to catch up and not get blown up like a carry.

Let's imagine that is getting removed or even replaced with an item that Mordekaiser doesn't even like (and we unfortunetly have to agree to it).

Base Stats is what Riot should look because he was item dependant. his win rate dropped down too much and it made Mordekaiser really hard to play with.

Starting with his Movement Speed. 325 for a MELEE CARRY is so sad, so unforgiving... Even Graves, who lost his cigar, got a Movement Speed buff to 340, which is very good.

For Mordekaiser, he should get a better Movement Speed: 325 -> 335

Let's not get too far away. Might not be the greatest buff, but it's enough to at least leave his turtle stance movement.

Let's pass on to his Health and Health per level. Another one of those base stats that were really ballsy to nerf. I'll straight buff it. 525 -> 550 +~~73 ~~-> 78 Level 18 1766 -> 1876

Let's not go overboard with this.

Next stat is his Attack speed. Almost the slowest of the game, needs buff just for his early game. 0.601 -> 0.625

Like most champions, they start with 0.625, so it's already good.

Next stat is his armor. I have no complains about this one since he has more armor than most champions.

His Attack Damage is, well, THE BIGGEST IN THE GAME. And I like big fat AD on champions like him. Might be toned down with these buffs, but i'll et it stay.

Now, a personal though about his range. He previously had 200 range like what Kenchman had. But I want champions with 200 range, because it what add uniqueness to the kit. That would made Mordekaiser help farming and catch up people without the need of Rylais.

His abilities should stay how they are. Unless someone wants to change them for me, thiese buffs might help Mordekaiser survive and lane without needing his Rylais to help him.
