Riposte cooldown
Give it 1 second less of a cooldown.... and Fiora will be perfect. Riven can use her abilities 2 more times.... before my riposte is even up...

GummyBearWookiee1 votesWhile I agree her cooldowns seem kind of oppressive...you have to consider the secondary effect of her riposte...the fact that it blocks all CC and actually bounces said CC back. At max cooldown you're negating CC every 9 seconds which means you can completely counter every single thresh hook, morgana bind etc. Because of the powerful secondary effect...they can't afford to really drop that cooldown too much.
