Suggestion to help ezreal

ATM ezreal's damage in most games feels lackluster compared to other adcs, and his buildpath is weak. A suggestion is maybe add a crit scaling to his Q (not making it crit, just making it do more damage with crit chance, similar to Xayah's E) so that he has more of a reason to build crit and can keep up in damage with other adcs late game
