Just the CAST TIME of shunpo which is 0.075s, which is 75ms. And i dont think you have the reaction time needed to play around something that has a 0.075 cast time anyway. (given than you already know where the dagger is)

Agreed. Fervor was a lot healthier for the game than Conqueror in my opinion.
It was a really fun keystone to take, too. A strong choice, yet not overwhelming or impossible to itemize against.

Exactly. He is a dueling splitpusher. Even his lore states he can not be beaten 1v1. Dueling is his identity, so why should he receive free team fighting abilities? His ult gives him enough artificial tankiness for team fights.
Removing his AOE damage reduction would be a good example for a minor nerf to him that doesn't weaken his playstyle.

Pickrate doesn't have to do anything with tier lists. Aurelion Sol is a god tier midlaner for years now.

Once again, pickrates have nothing to do with tier lists. Aurelion Sol, Taliyah Jungle or Talon for example are not played a lot at the moment, yet are still god tier picks.

, Jhin who is practically uncatchable with the ms speed he gets with stormrazor. So in fact the new buffs just made him to get into top tier of marksmen with already mentioned two + Draven and Kaisa. I don't think he outshines them much, maybe in lategame teamfights.

He outshines them completely. He's the single top tier ADC on Lolalytics for a reason. MF might be annoying, sure, but his all-in destroys her. He was very strong before his unnecessary buff and he will be the most contested AD carry at Worlds. No doubt.
Jhin can easily be fixed by toning down Stormrazor or Hail of Blades (although Riot doesn't care about this either, I guess), but the other champions I mentioned clearly need individual nerfs/buff reverts.

Also if jax gets guinsoos and ur dumb enough to fight jax with conquerer + Guinsoos ready to proc or already fully stacked, well.. Dont fucking fight jax like that unless u have the cc or mobility to stop him from stacking guinsoos or letting his conquerer go off.
Oh and P.S He has a 51% winrate and 12% playrate. This is fine as long as the champ is 51 and below they are not broken by any means unless their playrate is sky rocketing (like graves or lucian)

Because level 2 onwards if you're not Poppy or Malphite he just jumps on you and takes away 3/4 of your HP because somehow, some retard at Riot thought Conqueror was a fine addition to the game when there was already a bruiser keystone and it worked perfectly fine into tanks.
