Learn to dodge. Stop crying. And if you get hit by all four shots, of course you fucking lose health, making each consecutive shot hit harder.

Well, the only time at which he had those 3 items, he also had a Last Whisper (and a Doran's Blade and Boots of Swiftness, but those aren't really as important) and you had no bonus health or bonus armor (not that you should as Jinx) which means he was basically doing true damage to you.
This was also at 29 minutes into a 33 minute game that ended with 10/1/8 and you at 4/5/3
Unless he got pretty much all of his kills at the end he was simply much more fed than you.
As for being able to survive something like that, you need to never be alone. I can't know for sure that you were, but if your teammates could absorb the damage for you, you should be able to survive even with him being that fed.
Also, his ultimate is not necessarily a "finisher". The slow makes his ultimate really good for an engagement while your front line collapses on the enemy. By the time he gets to his 4th shot, there is a decent chance he will be able to finish someone off.
There is no way anyhing tankier than Malzahar can get killed by those 4 hits being at full health.
Well, the trade-off is that he can't dodge if you decide to Ult him back- and all of that damage he puts out is single target, so it can also be blocked for you by your team. You caught a glimpse of why he's an 'assassin'.
Being able to 100 > 0 someone with 4 bullets is mega, mega conditional. Other adcs with AOE damage routinely chunk out far more of a team's health at the drop of a dime, and there's nothing you can do to stop them.
where does stand that it is supposed to be a finisher?
If I remember correctly he had 5 kills and I had around 3 at that point so yea he had items but not super fed.
I'm not saying I should be able to duel a fed Jihn but getting 4-shotted from 3000 range is kind of frustrating

Agree.. his ult is just stupid.. he can 100-0 pretty much any squishy champ in the game from 3000 range and once you get hit once, you are dead.
