I'll finally be able to play Lulu again because, although it took you three years, you've finally nerfed solo lane Lulu without nerfing support Lulu even more..... three...... whole..... years.....

In regards to the recent PBE proposal update? I'm not sure what you mean by 'Nerf' solo lane.

Increased base Mana. Increased base MS. Increased Q ability scaling 0.7 from 0.5. E - ADDED bonus attack speed on top of the shield granted.

It's definitely a buff to her Solo lane and Support. It's a large general buff. Also, this is likely not to be the final decision. Usually the PBE overbuffs intentionally and scales down from there. http://puu.sh/put8u/b14eb7ecce.PNG

They nerfed her waveclear with the Q change, everything else either benefits support Lulu more or is just as useful for both.

Definitely a buff for both. Being able to deal more damage with the Q to champions definitely outweighs the slight reduction in waveclear speed. Increased MS and Base mana make it better for longer duels etc.

But it's still worse for solo Lulu than support Lulu which which is my point.

Q doesn't do full damage anymore. How is that better?

What are you talking about, the buff to support lulu is at best very small.

Big bonuses in the E I wouldn't call small. That big bonus fairly long lasting bonus in attack speed is pretty dam strong.

The Q will deal more damage if it hits a champion first. It's a conditional buff. If you go through a minion first it's a little less damage. Not through a minion it'll deal more.

The thing is polymorph is generally a lot stronger for fighting purposes, it's a good buff for braindead lulu players who just spam e/w on the adc without getting near a fight(which is a horrible playstyle which shouldn't be supported, let alone encouraged), so it's actually a lot weaker than it would appear, it'll help bad lulu players the most, the good ones won't get much from it.

No it isn't, what is wrong with you? It's a huge nerf(for solo lane lulu, for support it's just a big one).

Or if you use e-q, which is a lot harder to miss, so overall braindead lulu gamestyle is notably buffed, not braindead lulu is slightly buffed, and pushed towards being faceroll, solo lane lulu seems to be nerfed hard.
