Not by accident. They move and even dash or flash to steal it from people who are low and obviously going for it.
Then they say stuff like “lmao” and “umad?”
You cant even ban people for that because theres no evidence like intentional feeding or chatlogs.

Its like with the people who eat you with tahm and throw you in a turrent, or that ryze who keeps doing really bad ults... Just gotta go with it I guess...
its funny to troll sometimes when your high or drunk. not steal hp but usually play tahm and throw people at enemies.
Honestly I think the range in where you can grab the heal is too large. I've gotten it so many times by mistake when walking back to the fight.
