Since ornn is so useless according to winrate. Can we make his items impactful?

No joke i originally thought ornn was going to be made impactful by the items in which he grants. However it seems you dont even want to build any of the items except one single item (since games dont last long enough anymore).

Is an item where the stat buff is actually impactful because it supports the core idea of the item. Rather then being useful for making your champion have more tools or keeping you on your opponent the stat boost on deathcap actually what its supposed to do.

So if this is what makes ornn items good why not just make more polished items? for example could give you double the movementspeed from the item after you activate sheen. could slow the target by 20% for 2 seconds after you get 6 stacks on your target.

Instead we get with all the mana and health regen that supports definitely need!. Yeah it would be way better if it just gave a speed boost towards fountain since its supposed to be a item to turn fights which could simply mean living to fight another day.
