Ziggs OP IMO, but Mage Bot Seems Cool!

Ziggs might need nerfs in my opinion, but i think that having Mage as "Bot" is pretty cool.

We have seen for a time "Bot/ADC" were mid and Jungle, so seeing a Mage "Bot" is a bit refreshing in an otherwise cluster f of a game with horrible unhealthy balance and other problems that have made the game stale since Season 6 (even when 5 was busted as well, but S6 made it exponentially worse, which was then compounded yet again in PreS7 and S7).

So at least there is something interesting from all this bloody mess.

That said, we need to fix AD itemization, yet again.

Assassin itemization, yet again.

Possibly nerf or remove Colossus.

Supp items can be strong, but some might need slight nerfs or tweaks. We don't want supp feeling shitty again. ADCs now feel our Supp main woes, maybe they can finally sympathize.

Possible nerf Ziggs, while keeping idea of Mage as "bot/ADC" open.

Ages back??? I think that was way healthier, even if used all the time and seemed a bit stale. If, and only if, Colossus removed. otherwise, Rito will release yet another buster mastery.

Dmg creep from S6 still busted in S7 XD. Possibly tweak masteries to nerf everything, which is highly unlikely.

Mage item nerfs? But lets wait on this one.
