Using Stopwatch during R should be removed!

those 2 champs always buys stopwatch and zhonya to use it during R for making damge and for not getting killed! This should be removed! unfair I played vs kennen today and most of his kills was by his R and zhonya same to swain Swain gets healed when he uses his R so he is getting healed and he takes 0 damge at the sametime! unfair :/ u removed 's R with stopwatch if u don't know Ryze players used to use stopwatch or zhonya during R to teleport If u will remove it,remove it from all of them not from 1 only!
