Real talk: Debuffing isn't anti-fun and should be incorporated into more supports
Like, how many different ways are you going to give us the same enchanters? A healing move, a shielding move, a movement speed buff and a debuff, one or two damage spells that do jack shit damage after lane ends unless you build reckless, and some sort of aoe effect ult. Stasis, healing, knock back, global healing, invincibility, a dancing stun, knock-up centered around an ally, knock-up + slow projectile, whatever. Not saying EVERY enchanter support is this way, but let's face it when I say many of them are variants of most of the former things, and then one aoe ult with some effect. Like I've been saying about the itemization about expanding our horizons about the types of stats we expect supports to have and the item effects we should have, the same can be said for kits. I can totally see why Riot wouldn't want to make more supports...because we've done this shit almost every way possible. We're way too narrow-focused one what supports should be allowed to do ON TOP OF not being allowed to be strong alone. I think some supports should be more geared towards debuffing and disrupting enemies rather than buffing allies, because right now we have too many champs in that same sphere and it's causing some to too easily be overshadowed by others. Also, new supports should sport a bigger emphasis on disabling and disrupting enemies as well. That's if you ask me.
