Would anyone care if I did a little statistic?

So I recent read something where a player played 50 games in an elo. Finding that games were too steam rolly.

So my objective for doing this is not to determine The steam rolliness. My objective is to determine.

1: Impact of each lane in a game. Noting how much impact X lane had in a game at the 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 minute marks.

2: How many games ended at what time. During these 50 games. I will also include 15 minute surrenders, 20 minute surrenders.

3: My own stats for correlation between FB, First Tower, and game victory.

4: Damage and tank results of every game. To show how I came to my conclusion of who had the most impact by the end of the game.

5: I will also note that I am an outlier for my own test since I am going to be doing the test with my own account. Meaning that I can only judge how impactful the enemy mid laner was during the game.

The following will be how I judge my own impactfulness and other players impactfulness.

1: Ganks, a successful gank will be positive impact. A failed gank will be negative impact. Valued at +3 or -3

2: Lane Dominance and CS differences. Valued at +2 or -2.

3: Kills, Assist, and Deaths. From the 0-10 minute mark kills and assist are worth 1 point each, and each death will result in -2. From 11-20 minutes, each kill and assist will result in 1.5 points. While deaths will result in -3. From 21+ each kill and assist will result in +2 and each death will result in -4.

How I came to these numbers.

Ganks are only truly a thing during the early game or while towers are up. Because of that. They are valued at 3 points.

Lane dominance and CS each are worth 2. Because They are the next most impactful thing in a game.

Kills Assist and Deaths. Change because of how impactful they become the longer the game goes on. Hence why the scaling value of kills, assist, and deaths.

The final impacts are Healing, damage, damage taken, towers taken (for you splitpushing yoricks and tryndameres), CC score, and Vision Score.

Would you be interested in seeing these results?

Edit: This is going to be done in ranked games on my plat account solo queue only. So that we have a elo reference. The account is ranked p2. My main fluctuates between d5 and d3. Currently on a downward spiral so uhh yeah. Not gonna play on my main while tilted.

Sounds fun to read. If I saw the post for them I would definitely read the entire thing and give the post a like.

It'll take a few days to gather data, compile it, organize it, give it values, and present it to a mass audience.

Very interested!

Though (honestly) plat is one of the best accounted for elos. But I think that'd generate some interesting points of contrast with op.gg data.

Too small a sample size. Increase it to 100 games with 5 trials.

The problem with increasing it to 100 games is time I have.

Because of how I want everything to be to the current patch.

So overall, I have to play the games. Go back download the games, so I have the .rofl file.

Review the .rofl file. Note everything that went on in the games.

Take that data from the game put it onto a spreadsheet.

Formal the spreadsheet so that everyone can understand.

State my clear objectives and how everything was determined.

Upload all of the .rofl files to a drop box for everyone they want to take a look at games as well.

And then answer questions (which can be done on the next patch)

Currently at 50 games, that is about 5 to 6 games a day, with about 40 minutes of watching every game + 20 minutes of noting all the data. So it is about an hour and a half for a game. After doing that for all 5 or 6 games, I then have to put it on the spreadsheet taking up another 30-40 minutes for all 5 to 6 games.

So in total in a single day, I will have about 2 and a half to 3 hours of game play. + 5 to 6 hours of watching prior gameplay. + 30-40 minutes to organize.

In short that is between 8 hours and 9 and a half hours of doing this. Daily. If I had more people to review the games, to the method I want it to be done. Then I could make it quicker. But you know what they say, if you want something done, you have to do it yourself. + I already have people working on another project at this current moment.

What do you consider a successful gank and vice versa?

I consider burning the enemy summoners successful, or even showing your presence to force the enemy to play less aggro a success.

This wasn't a full in depth summary of what I consider to be successful and unsuccessful. It was a broad spectrum of things I will be looking at.

Everything will be more defined Once I start putting everything together.
