This game just seems to have become blatantly unfair and skewed

I mean really. Some champs are wildly unbalanced, some items offer WAY too much shit (while some have odd changes that don't make sense or hinder you), ADC's as a class show favoritism versus tanks, assassins, mages and supports, nerfs and buffs for the wrong champs, masteries prioritize specific champs or groups while offering less to others, towers are god awful at their job, and with the new patch snowballing got worse- as if it weren't already an extremely prevalent problem.

This entire patch is a mess, and I really don't care that it's 'pre-season.' some good things have come of this patch; champs that haven't been super common are getting played more, some champs that were seen too much are seen a bit less, and the changes to AD items were nice.... at first. But it feels like the negatives almost entirely outweigh the positive. There's just so many problems that aren't being addressed properly.

It's almost.... hard to have fun now. It's not that the game can't be fun, it just is usually more frustrating than enjoyable.

Rageblade is one of the only things I don't like about this patch, tbh...Some of the masteries might need a reiteration on where they're placed, or how they work, and mage items needa normalize in cost efficiency again.

On another note...Deathfire Touch having 50% bonus AD damage on spells kinda makes it hard to decide whether to get that or Decree for AD people. You'd do more overall damage, but naturally less burst. If the ratio was lower, I could get Decree and be done with it. Unless someone could explain why Deathfire even has an AD portion? On top of that, you miss out on that sexy penetration% stat

agreed. I like almost all of the changes. there are some pretty neat masteries and overall they feel more tailorable to specific champions rather than just raw stats like the old ones. Rage blade however is still absurdly broken (on particular champions)

assassin Irelia ! such balanced

Can people stop whining about adcs already? If people would stop ditching mages, tanks wouldn't be running all over us right now. People wanted diversity in bot lane, so we're getting it, but that's gonna come with growing pains. Tired of everyone whining without realizing their own behavior is half the issue.

I think Riot did a really good job diversifying bot lane and the types of marksman you can choose from (like the difference between caitlin and graves is huge and offer two distinct types of play), but the 20%+ crit chance on every item is ridiculous. You can reach over 60% crit with just two items. It's not hard at all to amass 100% like it was before. Also many of them have had their base AD buffed for.... what reason, exactly?

Not to mention, having more than one ADC on your team is flatout strong. One in bot, and one in mid or top (even jungle like kindred), and you've got a strong shot at winning. It's a little much, with the masteries, the better itemization, nerfed tank and mage items and costs, and the buffs to many marksman themselves.

Crit isn't any worse than it used to be outside of ER giving CDR. That ONE damn change is making everyone go nuts.

Tank items were nerfed, but so was the best counter to building armor. Now, with Giant Slayer capping out on effectiveness at +500 hp for the 15% damage, and the LW %penetration nerf, the tank items being nerfed is a lot less relevant than you think it is because they're effectively stronger than ever, especially since Giant Slayer isn't punishing them the most for building tanky with the LW nerfs - it punishes squishier HP builders like Malzahar or Anivia more.

What this means is that tanks can now build 2-3 armor/health items, 1 MR item and a pure health item (hi Warmog's) and be extremely tanky versus anybody until the late-game ADC finally picks up enough steam to kill them in reasonable time.

Tanks are benefiting from this pre-season harder than the boards wants to believe they are. Mundo is wrecking house for more reasons than just 'people aren't buying EC.'

tell that to the ADC's with dominiks regards who do 91 damage at 6 items to the fullbuild rammus. Tanks are stronger than ever now that last whisper does fuck all.

If I had to rate favoritism Riot plays toward the different classes of champions (from Most to least) it would go something like...

Marksman >>> Assassins/Fighters > Mages > Supports > Bruisers >>> Tanks

Bruisers are above tanks because they're generally better in more situations and any nerfs intended for bruisers tends to hit tanks as well. Just an observation since I started playing in S2.
