Can Rumble get some love?

He's a champ I'm interested in but when I tried him out he's in a pretty shitty state. His base skin is horrible, I'd go as far as to say the champ is unplayable without his epic or legendary skin. Dude needs a visual update badly.

Also he has the base stats of a mage they're really bad for a champ that's semi melee. If his base health and armor could get a slight buff so its in between that of bruisers and mages that would be nice. I'd say he needs some base damage buffs as well since "scaling" champs like , and destroy him at all stages of the game.

As Rumble main(700k in gold-dia, mid>top, jng). I have to say he is ok, if mastered we can say strong. His early after lvl3-4 is so powerful in almost every match up, lvl6 roams/allins as well, team fighing <3. His scaling is ok. I transitioned to mid from top, bcs of how easy it is to roam and matchups there are "easier". Bruisers might be pain, you have to either destroy them early or respect them later on, one of the reasons I prefer mid is bcs of how Rumble can't fight against splitpush style champs in mid-late game. If you have any question about my beloved yordle, I'll be happy to give you advise. (sry for my English)

Yeah I wish he wasn't forced out of his intended lane, that's why I think durability buffs could make him a solid pick top again.

Rumble is 100 % pick in most teamcomps in e-sports when he is good and he is not a good champion to watch on screen (some guy that just statchecks everyone; he doesn't have any "flashy" outplay mechanics like invisibility, teleports/dashes etc), plus he gets boring soon after you play him - manaless spam; and there was never a good itemization for melee ap champs.
