The team could vote to give the 0/7 toplaner a permanent dunce cap, for example. Then let there be a public record of how many times a player has worn the cap. It would motivate people not to suck as much. It would give the players of the losing team a giggle instead of a bunch of salt.

And the public record is just icing on the cake, lets humiliate these people for the rest of time, its not like they'll just say "fuck this game" and leave for a game that doesn't have this amazing option.
