New items and new item recipes to Essence Reaver and Bloodthirster.

I'm sure I'm not the first to make this topic, but here we go.

After seeing the Soul Sickle (and wondering why it hasn't been added in yet), I propose the item as a new recipe for Essence Reaver.

Essence Reaver 3200g (250g) -Soul Sickle (1400g) <-Vampiric Scepter <-Long Sword -B.F. Sword

This would make Essence Reaver as a viable build, since to this day, it is neglected because by the time you have the gold to buy it, it becomes outclassed by the likes of Bloodthirster, Hydra, or BORK, since it's likely past laning phase where mana sustain isn't as important.

Adding Soul Sickle would (hopefully) fix this.

And since I proposed a change to Essence Reaver, it's only fair to do so for Bloodthirster.

Bloodthirster 3500g (550g) -Mini Bloodthirster (1400g) <-Vampiric Scepter <-Long Sword -B.F. Sword

Mini Bloodthirster is related to Bloodthirster like Soul Sickle is to Essence Reaver.

Minithirster stats: 20 AD Unique: 12% Life Steal Unique: Your life steal overheals you, converting the excess healing into a shield that absorbs up to 30-210 damage and decays when out of combat for 15 seconds.

Basically, like BT, but weaker. 12% Life steal instead of 20%, shield is 30-210 instead of 50-350, and decays in 15 seconds instead of 25. Obviously the numbers can vary (I basically took BT's numbers and multiplied it by 0.6), but as long as it's lower than BT, I think it's generally acceptable.

The reason? Well first of all, since I propose a change for ER, I feel it's fair BT gets the same treatment. Since they both seem to be twin items. Also, adding this minithirster would (I hope) even out the fact that Hydra, with its much more forgiving build path, is outclassing BT in early/mid game on champs where Life Steal is core/essential (and let's not even get into the fact that Hydra now doubles your Health Regen).
