Stormraider needs to be easier to proc (just a bit)

30% damage in 2,5 seconds is too much, it would be better for it to be 25% damage in 3 seconds, more room to proc means a more reliable Stormraider. It is not a buff to it's mobility, but to it's reliability.

It probably helps.

Not everybody is an AD champ, but I say it mainly for the early game, you can proc DFT or TLord whenever u want, but Warlords is more "random" and Stormraider requires more "effort", it would be a bit better for it to be easier to proc, making it a better option.

Warlords has the problem of needing crit. Few can proc it without an item.

In truth, but Stormraider has the problem of being dependant on Damage/Enemy HP, if the enemy is a tank you can hardly ever proc it.

....Well yeah...tanks shouldn't be an easy proc for this mastery.

Squishy champions are the target if you get this.

I know, but a mastery shouldnt be working that way, at least not if you want it to be succesful.

I still think Warlord's should be a general sustain keystone rather than just being a thing for Crit users.

Have it grant some amount of damage vamp for 4 seconds upon booping an enemy champion with a reasonable cooldown.

Then sustained champs would never use fervor.

it is fine. actually i think it will be nerfed soon because people are starting to realize how useful and strong it is

I don't think so, it is still unpopular, thunderlord is still being used a lot and very few persons use stormraider.

I have 2 situations where i proc stormraiders

  1. when i'm attempting to kill the enemy, and all in
  2. when i make a heavy trade in lane Stormraiders is made for assassins (and darius) that lack the mobility to escape after their kills (examples being talon or rengar) yet have the damage to not need to take a more aggressive keystone. It only has a low cooldown, making it good for hopping in and out of fights, i don't think it needs to be easier to proc as is, because it's strong, just held back from being op through it's 30% requirement. Mobility is king after all

Problem is assasins on high elo are still using TLord, and Stormraider can be sometimes hard to proc for any other type of champs, it is suposed to be also useful for Mages, also it should work diferently because you are sacrificing early poke/damage for mobility.
