could we do something about the way fizz works ?

while fizz might be fun to play ... i find him to be extreme pain in the ass when he is an enemy ... and i see that the a big part of the community shares my opinion

what i trully hate about him is that his core strenght lies in lack of counterplay and interaction due to the way his kit works

whether its a skirmish or a teamfight fizz is trully vulnnerable for realy short times ... and the fact that he is untargetable makes it realy hard to get back on him after he dashes ... thus capitalizing on his mistakes or even total misplays is realy hard and can yield little to no effect in certain cases

also the fact that he doesnt realy need to care about his current hp pool due to the fact that his entire burst is released with one hit (you activate sheen and w before using e .... you use e and press q .... your entire damage went out in less than a second )

fizz with 200 hp isnt much easier to kill than fizz with 2k hp ... and the fact is you have little chance to catch either one when you can win sooo...

in lane the dash serves as an easy get out of jail card ... while mages are ballanced in a way that makes moving enough to stay safe ... if he needs to he can all inn you early ... its risky but with full hp he should be able to win it most of the time and your autoatacks bounce off like noithing due to his passive

also the comlete immunity to getting initiated on ... there is no tank that can just catch fizz and allow his team to kill or criticaly wound him

i get that he might be ballanced .... but he is toxic and abusive ... and 100% unfun to play againtst

and i dont realy care how powerfull he is ... i just want some options to deal with him ... if i were to speak for myself i find it easier to solo an insanely fed lb than medicorely fed fizz

Gonna have to agree here.

If Fiora can't be allowed to have her signature move be Blade Waltz (arguably worse due to a singificantly longer CD and thus less applications for it), if Akali can't be allowed to detonate her Q with E so she needs a RQE+AA+RR+Q+AA combo, if Katarina has all her power forced into her crappy ult so she can't rely on her easier-to-use QWE and must ult, If Evelynn can't be allowed to have nice things,

I don't see why Fizz gets the best untargetability in the game, a really fast combo, and can have his ult at a place where it's more extra credit if he lands it over a requirement.

Most assassins at least promise landing CC on them is quite rewarding, but with Fizz's insane casting animations/untargetability/Zhonya's synergy, and the slow casting animations/travel speeds/highly telegraphed nature of most CC skills - there are several cases where there just don't seem to be meaningful plays against him, outside of very broad stratagies.

I mean - his win rate indicates there certainly are ways to deal with him, but putting up with stopping him isn't very fun, and doesn't give the impression you have much agency in doing so. would be nice if his casting animations took longer and he was forced into a set time for playful/trickster so you could time some nastyness on the way down like you can with hourglass.

this is a realy nice suggestion

i get that he needs the troll pole to function as an assasin but due to him being so slippery the window in which you can actualy interact with him is much shorter than it should be

the most hated moment in game for me is when my team sees fizz literaly derp ... so we cc and unload on him ... yet he still jumps out ... and even worse he is still going to compete in the upcoming fight since its so hard to even deal damage to him .... so we just blown up a load of resources for literaly nothing
