losing 25 lp in one game

so i dont understand why my losses are so much bigger than normal but my gains are pretty average like i get +18 or 19. but if i lose even 1 game even after a 3 game winning streak its minus 24 or 25

Check your mmr. It's almost 2 divisions lower than your current Ranking.

Riot likes to make you win twice as much as you lose to progress. They are trolls like that.

That means the game is trying it's best to place you to your skill level. Harsh truth. If you want to fix your MMR, keep winning. I know, it's ridiculous but this is how the system works. I also believe that the system is capable of detecting your click amount, your movement, technique, hit chance, dodge chance, and so on and record it into Hidden MMR. For example, on my many smurfs i've easily gained 32+ IP and lost 14. On my recent smurf I jumped from s3-s1, g5-g3, g3-g1. It's sad truth, but I assure you, the game will place you where you are at with your skill level. Also, Duo queues only hinder your Personal MMR and may harm your IP gain.
