I used to be a main Karthus back in my gold elo, with about 80% win-rate out of 100 games. However, I stopped playing him and I got Diamond with other mains, next season. Once I played some games again with Karthus I feel like he's so freaking useless and countered with almost any champion. Are here any high-elo Karthus mains to tell me his pros/cons and the team composition he's good in ? Do you think he needs a buff ?

I think he should be left like that in the case of mobility, but instead his damage kit should be improved: either a stronger ultimate (in one way or another), or another Q mechanic. Also, his kit is totally a teamfight one, and he has no utility to get into the middle of the fight or get the enemies near him (for example: dashes, mov. speed ++, shields etc.).

D2Vincent1 votesHis Ult CD is fine imo, it makes it so you have to strategize when to use it.
His W on the other hand, I feel if they'd add in the "Grounded" debuff to it (it'd last about however long the full slow lasts before decay) it'd give him the power that he needs.
