Remove Permanent Ban

Never had one, but I heard of people who had. I am pretty sure that long temporary bans are enough to control a specific user behavior, and also, some people have spent a lot of money on their accounts (some over $3k), and closing their accounts could be similar to a theft.

I think you should add after the 14-day ban a 30-day ban instead of permanent. After all, toxic players are not serial killers not to be able to change their behavior (maybe they are serial-flamers, but still).

  • Spending money WILL NOT grant you immunity to bans, ever.

  • Toxic players have already been given tons of chances, such as:

5 games chat restriction --> 25 games chat restriction --> 14 days suspension --> Permaban

If they don't plan to reform at all even after the 14 days suspension, it's rather easier to just kick them off the game.

I still don't get where people think that because they spend money on this game means they have a right to break the rules. Name any type of service that even attempts to allow this! Not sure why it needs to be stated over and over again but spending on this game has never and will never give you immunity towards punishment. You break the rules you will eventually get caught and you will be punished. Doesn't matter if you spend $1, $100, or haven't spent any money on this game. Everyone is treated equally.

With that said again you have never owners of the account, yu are simply renting it, you are buying RP, in which you spend the RP on other things, so it's not stealing. If you do not understand the basic concept of renting then you probably shouldn't be spending money on this game let alone any type of online services like steam, psn,Xbox live, etc.
