Surprise Party Fiddlesticks has a different E icon

For those of you unaware, Surprise Party Fiddlesticks is the only skin in the game to have a different ability icon. http://apollo-pbe-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/1407667365344/fiddleicons.png

Whereas classic Fiddle looks like this: https://i.imgur.com/d7f69ar.png

Any particular reason for this? As far as I know, this skin is the only one in the game to feature a different ability icon. Seems like something that could be expanded upon with future skins, particularly of the expensive variety.

EDIT: I just noticed the bird on his ult icon also has a party hat on. So that's TWO different icons!
