How is Shyvana as a split pusher?

I'm looking at re-learning to jungle again and my favorite jungler is Shyvana.

I know she's got good waveclear with item 1419item 3748. Her mobility is okay if you get item 3009, but her W gives you a few issues with chasing or escaping. I know she's an good jungle duelist. Where does she rank on the split push scale? Do you guys have any tips for her specifically or in general?

I build my Shyv like item 1416 item 1001 item 3748 item 3022 item 3742 item 3065 and sometimes sub items out for item 1419 item 3091 item 3078 item 3001 item 3194 item 3075 item 3153 item 3026 item 3156 item 3190 item 3800 item 3143 item 1401 item 3025 summoner 11 summoner 6

If your whole goal from the start is to split then item 3060 item 3512 could be somewhat useful.

I haven't been able to get frozen mallet on her much lately.

Normally my full build has been going towards item 1419 item 3748 item 3075 item 3065 item 3083 + boots.

I usually build the blue smite over the red smite for early game sticking power, unless I'm up against a Yi or Shaco jg. or I get full build I'll trade blue for red.

I usually build Mallet 3rd if I'm ahead, otherwise I get my two tank items.

I actually think I like Mask over SV because alot of Shyv's damage is magical so the Mask will buff her damage a bit.

If the enemy team is all sqush and I'm ahead I build Tri Force, if I plan to be a primary split pusher I build Witts as a MR item and I might by pass my armor item for a Bork.

Idk different situations dictate how I build.

At current she's not worth learning.

Split pushing as a playstyle just doesn't really work right now and her ability to deal with in meta champs is non-existent. She also lacks the ability to duel other junglers early game which is the only time dueling power actually matters for junglers.

My advise would be to learn any early pressure or tank jungler over Shyvana right now. The current meta just isn't kind to scaling non-tank junglers. My advise right now would be to learn J4 as an entry champ into jungle, he's busted, completely braindead and for some reason people haven't caught on and started banning him yet.

If you're deadset on playing Shyvana the best way to make her work is to force her into a tank role. You want a build like item 1413 item 3748 item 3047 item 3143 item 3194 / item 3001 item 3022 /item 3083

Shes an amazing split pusher. But shes not a great jungler right now in this meta due to her early game. Your best bet is applying constant pressure in the enemy jungle since you can clear extremely fast (bloodrazor & tiamat are great to rush for that reason), and setting your opponent behind in gold. A fun build i love playing though is based on triforce & titanic hydra. Along with tankier items, you can legit R through the enemy front line and burst a fed ADC 100-0 with Aa-Q-Aa plus smite & titanic hydra active. Shes great at splitpushing, breaking a front line with her ulti knockback, and taking the aggro off your teammates by diving the carry. But thats if shes able to scale. If you powerfarm enough, you can scale fast enough to be a huge threat by mid game.

Trundle's also a great split pusher, with a very similar style build, but has better gank potential early & can deal with the current meta. Hes also a great frontline for his team.

Well tbh.. In a decent elo you can simply not splitpush as the jungler. Splitpush is good when you split at the opposite side of the map of current objective. But you're the jungler. You need to be near the objective to fight it or steal it if necessary. Splitpushing means you concede Nash.
