@Meddler Can you check to see if the Heal+shield power on items is actually effective on others?

Maybe I'm mistaken, but I tested out on an aram a full healing build using bard, and I noticed that when using the heal on myself, it was significantly stronger. When others took the heals resting on the ground, it didn't seem very powerful. I was up to 75% extra healing power.

So, can you check to see if it's stronger on self cast and or if it doesn't work with Bard's heals due to them being on the ground and not targeted like every other heal in the game.

ARAM produces and aura that cuts heals from outside sources in half; your allies weren't healing themselves, so it wasn't as strong. Since you were healing yourself with your own Shrines, you got the full effect, including bonuses.

Hope this clears it up.
