are headed.

Give Akali everything that she had before they gutted her. Give Irelia disarm and 5ms back. Give Zoe her .25 second on her Q back. ETC
But in return.
Give Zilean the ability to lower his Ulti CD.
Give Fizz the ability to Jump further on his pole.
Give Ryze his shields back.
Give Ezreal the ability to build two tear items.
Give Pantheon the ability to block an auto after every spell cast.
Give Soraka the ability to neutralize GW on her E.
Give Nami the ability to remove Debuffs on her heal.
Give Janna the ability to give MS when her ADC is Shielded.
Give Viktor the ability to abuse Klepto top lane.
Give Aatrox his Revive.
Give Draven less of a punishment for dying.
Give Azir the ability to have on hit damage on his soldiers.
Give Malphite the ability to ignore true damage from AD based damage sources.
Give Poppy the ability to Engage from further away.
Give Malzahar his three second silence.
Give Maokai the ability to heal more, with less spell cast.
Give Singed the ability to heal off of damage dealt by his poison.
Give Kalista the ability to use Rend on a single target and get all of her mana spent on rend back. (can't think of something better).
Give TF his global passive back.
Give Jinx the ability to crit on Zap back.
Give Trundle the ability to slow peoples attack speed on frozen domain.
etc
Then all of those "new" mechanics you are adding to the game would be fair. Because no champion would be fair. But at least every champion would be Viable.
Instead of this bullshit that we are handed saying "play the meta, or lose LP. We don't like your champion, so learning that champion is worthless. Come back in a season, and maybe we might let your champion shine. Or better yet, reworked. Because learning and mastering that kit, doesn't matter to us. And it shouldn't matter to you that you wasted hundreds if not thousands of hours loving and mastering that champion."
